We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst with deep domain expertise in General Insurance, specifically Motor Insurance. The responsibilities of this role include:
- Lead the requirements-gathering process for insurance products, with a primary focus on Motor and General Insurance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business objectives, project scope, and functional needs.
- Analyze and document comprehensive business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Assess and optimize business processes across underwriting, claims management, policy administration, and customer onboarding.
- Define data requirements, including data models, sources, and integration needs and communicate them effectively to development and QA teams.
- Perform gap analysis and impact assessments between new initiatives and existing systems.
- Serve as a key liaison between business, operations, and technical teams to ensure clear understanding and accurate delivery of requirements.
- Interpret insurance regulations and compliance needs and translate them into actionable system requirements or epics/user stories.
- Work closely with QA teams to validate requirements, review test cases, support UAT, and participate in defect triage to ensure delivery quality.
- Support change management activities to enable smooth adoption of new systems, features, and processes.
- Provide subject-matter expertise on insurance standards, market practices, and industry technology trends.
