Must-Have Qualifications:
Professional Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven track record of contributing to or delivering within world-class engineering teams.
Minimum 4+ years of relevant industry experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or cloud engineering roles. - Strong self-starter mentality with the ability to collaborate effectively and propose practical technical solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to learn, adopt, and work with new technologies, tools, and frameworks.
Technical Expertise
- Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Practical experience creating and managing Helm Charts.
- Strong working knowledge of Kubernetes cluster management.
- Experience configuring and operating Istio service mesh, including traffic routing, mTLS, ingress/egress policies, and observability.
- Programming/scripting skills with experience using AWS CLI.
- Experience building pipelines to publish containerized applications to AWS EKS.
- Familiarity with build technologies such as NuGet, Maven, SonarQube, and related plugins.
- Proven experience working with GitHub or similar source control systems.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience deploying applications to AWS environments using DevOps tooling and best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, CI, TDD).
- Additional experience with cloud technologies, particularly within the AWS ecosystem.
- Relevant industry certifications (AWS, Kubernetes, DevOps certifications, etc.).
